Após conquistar todas as categorias para que estava nomeado, “Everything Everywhere All at Once” foi o grande vencedor dos Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG Awards), os prémios anuais entregues pela Guilda/Sindicato dos Atores norte-americanos e que normalmente costumam funcionar como um bom indicador na corrida os Oscars.
Além de ganhar o título de filme com melhor elenco, a fita de Daniel Kwan e Daniel Scheinert viu Michelle Yeoh (atriz), Ke Huy Quan (ator secundário) e Jamie Lee Curtis (atriz secundária) conquistarem estatuetas individuais pelas suas performances. Coube a Brendan Fraser (“The Whale“) quebrar o domínio de “Everything Everywhere All at Once” nos prémios destinados ao cinema, conquistando a distinção de melhor ator.
Na TV, “Ozark” liderava com quatro indicações, mas apenas Jason Bateman foi distinguido como melhor ator. Destaque para o duplo triunfo de “The White Lotus” (melhor elenco e melhor atriz em drama), e o triunfo de “Abbott Elementary” (melhor elenco) nas distinções para comédias.
