Foram esta madrugada anunciados os vencedores dos Emmy, os mais famosos prémios de televisão. E se a batalha das nomeações pendeu para a Netflix, que totalizou 160 contra 107 da HBO, acabou por ser esta última a que arrecadou os principais prémios da noite.
“Succession” foi o melhor drama, “Watchmen” a melhor série limitada e “Schitt’s Creek” tornou-se o primeiro projeto a ganhar todos os prémios importantes ligados à comédia, incluindo na atuação (Eugene Levy, Daniel Levy, Catherine O’Hara e Annie Murphy).
