Foram divulgados os vencedores dos Razzies, as distinções anuais que premeiam o pior que passou pelas salas de cinemas em 2016.
Batman v Super-Homem: O Despertar da Justiça e Hillary’s America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party foram os grandes vencedores (ou derrotados), triunfando em diversas categorias. Ainda assim, o documentário contrário à candidata democrata à presidência dos EUA conquistou os principais prémios do certame: Pior Filme, Pior Realizador, Pior Ator (neste caso, narrador) e Pior Atriz. Já o filme com o dedo da DC, conquistou os prémios de Pior Ator Secundário, Pior Remake, Rip-Off, ou Sequela, Pior Combo em cena e Pior Argumento.
Uma nota ainda para o único prémio que realmente agrada aos nomeados: o prémio redenção, atribuído por mérito a um nome que já ganhou uma framboesa de ouro mas que entretanto se redimiu com uma boa prestação. Mel Gibson foi o escolhido, por Hacksaw Ridge.
A organização dos Razzies teceu ainda algumas palavras sobre Donald Trump, relembrando que o atual presidente dos EUA ganhou um prémio nos anos 80 no certame, e que nunca o veio reclamar.
