Foram hoje divulgados os vencedores da 73ª edição dos Globos de Ouro, um evento organizado pela Associação de Imprensa Estrangeira em Hollywood (HPFA) e cuja cerimónia de entrega decorreu com a apresentação de Ricky Gervais.
O grande vencedor da noite foi The Revenant: O Renascido. O filme, para além de ser considerado o melhor drama, levou ainda para casa os prémios de melhor realizador (Alejandro Iñárritu) e melhor ator em drama (Leonardo DiCaprio). Já na categoria de Melhor Comédia ou Musical, Perdido em Marte foi o vencedor, enquanto Matt Damon foi galardoado com o prémio de Melhor Ator.
Ainda no campo das interpretações, destaque para as distinções de Brie Larson (Melhor Atriz em drama), Jennifer Lawrence (Melhor Atriz em comédia ou musical), Kate Winslet (Melhor Atriz Secundária) e Sylvester Stallone (Melhor Ator Secundário).
Quanto aos grandes derrotados da noite, Carol, de Todd Haynes, contava com cinco indicações, mas acabou por não conquistar nenhum prémio. Mad Max: Estrada da Fúria também saiu de mãos a abanar.
