Foram hoje divulgados os nomeados à 84ª Edição dos Óscares. Para começar, destaque para «Hugo», o filme mais nomeado, com 11 indicações. Depois, existem só 9 obras na lista de candidatos a Melhor Filme, destacando-se as surpresas de «Extremamente Alto, Incrivelmente Perto» e «A Árvore da Vida» estarem na lista. De resto, há a semi surpresa de Demián Bichir estar nomeado por «A Better Life», ainda que nos prémios dos SAG (sindicanto dos atores) ele já estar nomeado. Gary Oldman também surge, contrariando assim alguma tendência nesta fase final de prémios pré-Óscar. De fora ficaram Michael Fassbender (Shame) e Leonardo DiCaprio (J Edgar). Nas mulheres, realce para a ausência de Tilda Swinton (Precisamos falar sobre Kevin).
